Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Inova Platforms, Inc. By using LoveLogic, you agree to them. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.

What LoveLogic provides

LoveLogic provides AI-generated relationship reflection and communication guidance. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your circumstances. Use your own judgment and verify important information.

Not professional or emergency care

• LoveLogic is not therapy, medical care, legal advice, or crisis intervention.
• Do not rely on it to diagnose a condition or make safety-critical decisions.
• If you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. For abuse, self-harm, or other crises, contact a qualified local professional or crisis service.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, evade limits, interfere with other users, submit unlawful content, or use LoveLogic to threaten, exploit, impersonate, monitor, or harass another person.

Your content

You retain your rights in content you submit. You give us a limited license to host, transmit, process, and display it only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve LoveLogic. You are responsible for having permission to share another person's information.

Ownership

LoveLogic, its software, branding, and service content—excluding your content—belong to Inova Platforms, Inc. or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, comply with law, investigate abuse, or address a material breach. You may stop using LoveLogic and delete your data from Settings.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, LoveLogic is provided "as is" and "as available" without implied warranties. Inova Platforms, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or relationships. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, when required, additional notice. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
