Privacy Policy

LoveLogic is operated by Inova Platforms, Inc. This policy explains how the LoveLogic mobile app and website handle information when you use our AI-assisted relationship guidance service.

Information we collect

• An anonymous Firebase account identifier used to keep your saved conversations private to your installation.
• Voice audio while a real-time conversation is active. We do not intentionally store raw voice recordings in LoveLogic, but audio is transmitted for live AI processing.
• Conversation transcripts and other relationship context you provide during a conversation. Conversation turns are saved so the app can provide the experience and delete them when you request account deletion.
• Limited security and reliability information, such as voice-session creation times, rate-limit counters, and service logs.

How we use information

• Provide, secure, and maintain LoveLogic.
• Generate real-time voice responses and save conversation turns.
• Provide support, prevent abuse, and fix reliability issues.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Service providers

We do not sell personal information. We use providers that process data for us, including:

• OpenAI for real-time speech and AI responses. OpenAI processes this content under its API data controls, privacy policy, and applicable service terms.
• Google Firebase and Google Cloud for anonymous authentication, database storage, app attestation, backend hosting, security, and service logs.
• Apple for App Store distribution and device-level services such as App Attest and microphone permission.

Retention and deletion

We retain saved account and conversation data while needed to provide LoveLogic or meet legal and security obligations. You can delete the current LoveLogic account and its saved conversation data from Settings → Delete my LoveLogic data. You may also contact us for an access or deletion request.

Security

We use encrypted network transport, authenticated backend requests, short-lived voice session credentials, access controls, and rate limits. No system is completely secure, so please avoid sharing information you would not want processed by an online service.

Children

LoveLogic is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.

Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to appeal a privacy-request decision. We will verify requests as required by law.
